Brad Kohut

Director Of Food Service Operations & Facilities at Burgatory Bar

Brad Kohut has extensive experience in the food service industry. Brad started their career as a Multi-Unit Executive Chef at Fuel & Fuddle and Joe Mama's from August 2008 to August 2014. Brad then joined Burgatory, where they served as an Executive Chef from December 2010 to June 2017. After that, they became the Director of Food Service Operations & Facilities at Burgatory from June 2017, and they are still currently holding that position. In March 2023, they will be joining Surefire Management Group as the VP of Restaurant Development.

Brad Kohut has a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Penn State University, which they obtained in 2002. Brad is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology, with an expected completion in 2022. Additionally, they hold certifications in Foodservice Management Professional and ServSafe Certification from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF).
