Melanie Howell

Melanie Howell has extensive experience in leadership, training, and project management across multiple organizations, primarily in the food and retail sectors. Currently serving as the People & Transformation lead at BurgerFuel since March 2020, Melanie focuses on transformational projects, enhancing people and customer experience programs, and developing leadership pathways. Previously, at Foodstuffs North Island Limited, Melanie held roles as Leadership Programmes Manager and SAP Deployment Training Manager, where responsibilities included managing leadership development and SAP training initiatives. Melanie's earlier career at BurgerFuel involved various roles in learning and development, while a tenure at BP spanned positions such as NZ Trading Services Manager and Retail Administration Manager, overseeing key operational projects, team management, and process efficiencies. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Education from The University of Auckland.
