Mochammad Rizqi has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Mochammad currently serves as the Head of New Product Development at Burger King Indonesia, where they are responsible for food, beverage, and packaging development. Prior to that, they worked as an R&D Food Manager/Chef for Chigo! at Kopi Kenangan. Mochammad also held the position of New Product Development Manager at Domino's Pizza Indonesia. Before entering the fast-food industry, Rizqi worked as a Kitchen Production Manager at IKEA Indonesia, where they managed a team and served thousands of customers daily. In their earlier career, they gained experience as an Area Sales Chef and Junior Sous Chef at unilever foodsolutions. Rizqi also has international experience, having worked at the Address Hotels + Resorts Dubai, BVLGARI Hotels and Resorts Bali, Hilton Dubai Creek, and Grand Hyatt Dubai in various culinary roles.
Mochammad Rizqi completed their education at two different institutions. From 1997 to 1999, they attended 51 High School where they studied Sociology. Following this, from 2000 to 2003, they attended Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI) and obtained a 3-year Diploma in Food Production Management.
