Dennis Kessler

Dennis Kessler, S.J.D., has held various prominent positions across multiple organizations since 1980, including membership on the Board of Directors for NeuroGenesis Inc. and Excell Partners, Inc., as well as serving as a Commissioner for the New York State Insurance Fund. Kessler is a Professor and Director of Entrepreneurship at the University of Rochester's Simon Business School and has been involved with advisory boards for Meltek Inc. and WEX Energy, Inc. Additionally, Kessler is a member of the Board of Trustees at Alfred University and has extensive experience as a owner of franchised restaurants, including Burger King, Del Taco, and Friendly's. Kessler's academic accomplishments include a doctorate from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law with a dissertation focused on franchise pricing models and antitrust compliance, complemented by degrees from Yale Law School and The City University of New York.
