Jesse Shlachtman

Jesse Shlachtman currently serves as the Senior Manager of Information Technology for both BurgerFi and Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza since April 2023, overseeing technology strategy and compliance for over 180 restaurant locations, with a focus on modernizing IT infrastructure. Prior to this role, Jesse was the Senior Director of Information Technology at 50 Eggs Hospitality Group, directing technology and data strategy for a growing hospitality group. Previous experience includes roles at Yardbird Group as Manager of System and Operations Analytics and at China Grill Management as Information Technology Manager. Jesse's background also includes positions in culinary coordination and sales, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
