Oliver is a solicitor in the Burges Salmon corporate finance team and advises clients on a broad range of corporate law issues, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and general corporate advice. Before joining the corporate finance team at Burges Salmon, Oliver spent three years working in the corporate team at another firm.
