Evan Lawrence

Evan Lawrence has a diverse work experience in various roles. Most recently, they worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Burlington Beer Company, where they played a key role in developing and executing sales strategies across multiple markets, leading to a significant increase in annual production. Evan also implemented a leadership round table to promote collaboration and accountability within the team. Prior to this, Evan founded Velobread Bakery, where they operated a micro artisan bakery focused on community and quality. Evan developed and crafted naturally leavened bread for local markets and businesses. Evan also served as the Head of Bread at Dedalus Wine Shop, Market, & Wine Bar, the Lead Baker at August First, and the Bakery Manager at Marczyk Fine Foods. Evan began their career in the culinary industry as an Assistant Chef at Black Shirt Brewing Company.

Evan Lawrence earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Appalachian State University, completing their education from 2005 to 2009.
