Justin C.

Justin C. has a diverse work experience in the beer industry. Justin has most recently worked as a Sales Director at Burlington Beer Company since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Strategy and Supplier Relations at Flood Independent Distribution from 2022 to 2023. From 2019 to 2022, Justin served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Fair State Brewing Cooperative. Justin previously worked as a Craft Beer Business Manager at Breakthru Beverage Group from 2016 to 2019 and as the Global Manager of Beer Knowledge and Education at ZX Ventures for a brief period in 2016. Justin also held the position of Craft Beer Specialist at Breakthru Beverage Group from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they have worked as a Lecturer at Madison College for a short-term contract in 2015 and as a Specialty Associate Team Leader and Beer Specialist at Whole Foods Market from 2009 to 2014.

Justin C. attended Kent State University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General. In addition to their degree, Justin has obtained several additional certifications. In 2007, they received a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from Kent State University. In 2013, Justin became a Certified Cicerone® through the Cicerone Certification Program. Justin further expanded their knowledge in the beverage industry by completing the Advanced Draft Training - Dispense Specialist Program offered by Micro Matic - Beverage Dispensing in 2014. Justin also obtained certifications in wine and spirits. In 2017, they obtained the WEST Level 2 Wine and Spirits certification as well as the WSET Level 2 Spirits certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
