Ying Liu

Ying Liu is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and taxation. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Accountant at Burlington Electric Department since November 2017, Ying Liu prepares and analyzes financial statements in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards. Prior to this role, Ying Liu was an Account Manager at AON Insurance Managers, overseeing a portfolio of captive accounts and managing various financial activities. Earlier experiences include tax internships at Montgomery & Merrill PC and Gallagher, Flynn & Company, LLP, as well as participation in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. Ying Liu holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Champlain College and an Associate of Science in Accounting from the Community College of Vermont, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dalian University of Technology. Additionally, Ying Liu has past experience in translation and exhibition organization within the Chinese market.
