Dena Hirano

Dena Hirano is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in planning and inventory management. Currently serving as the Director of Planning at Burlington Stores, Inc. since August 2022, Dena has previously held the position of Planning Manager at Well Woven, where strategic initiatives were implemented to enhance sales and stock for US and international ecommerce markets. Dena's extensive tenure at Macy's from November 1998 to March 2019 included roles such as Group Vice President, Divisional Planning Manager, and Vice President in various planning capacities, overseeing significant business units and developing sales growth strategies.
