Steven Vidonic

Steven Vidonic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail and fitness management. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Burlington Stores, Inc. since August 2022, Steven also works as a Group Fitness Instructor at Row House. Prior roles include Director of Workforce Management & Profitability at The RealReal, and various leadership positions at Old Navy, including Sr. Manager of Labor Strategy and Store Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Team Leader of Logistics at Target. Steven holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Media Studies, and Political Science and Government from Virginia Tech, earned between 2001 and 2004.
