Warren Johnson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of advertising, creative, and marketing. Warren has held various leadership roles in reputable companies throughout their career.

Starting in 1988, Johnson worked as the Graphic Manager Visual at G Fox. Warren then moved on to Filene's in 1993, where they served as the Creative Director, Corporate Visual Merchandising. Johnson was responsible for developing and executing the creative direction for 42 department stores.

In the year 2000, Johnson joined May Department Stores as the Director of In-Store Marketing. During their tenure, they oversaw the design, development, and production of all creative projects for over 400 stores with sales totaling over $14 billion.

In 2006, Johnson transitioned to Macy's, taking up the role of Executive Art Director for Macy's Midwest Marketing. In this position, they supervised the creative direction and execution of all direct mail and ROP advertising. Warren also collaborated with the merchant community to develop marketing initiatives that would enhance sales.

Johnson then became the owner of ADattention Marketing in 2008. After three years of running their own business, they joined Burlington Coat Factory in 2011. Johnson held two positions at the company – Vice President, Creative/Visual, and later Vice President, Advertising, and Creative Services. In these roles, they led the creative development, production, and execution of various marketing programs, contributing to consecutive quarters of comp store sales growth and increased brand awareness.

Throughout their career, Warren Johnson has consistently demonstrated leadership, creativity, and a strong understanding of marketing strategies.

Warren Johnson attended the New England School of Photography from 1974 to 1976, focusing on fine art.
