Karen Rank

Karen Rank has extensive work experience in the field of operations, recruiting, and talent sourcing. Karen started their career in 1992 as a Recruiter at Technical Aid Corporation and then worked as a Technical Recruiter at Western Digital from 1995 to 2000, where they played a crucial role in the company's significant growth. Karen also worked as a Recruiter at Xiotech, where they successfully staffed a software engineering division.

Karen then joined Western Digital again in 2007 as a Technical Recruiter, but their role expanded to include HR responsibilities, such as coordinating a reduction in force. Karen later served as an HR Business Partner and Technical Recruiter at Western Digital from 2009 to 2013.

After leaving Western Digital, Karen worked as the President of KNR Recruiting, where they sourced engineering talent for high-tech companies. Karen joined Burlywood LLC in 2016 as the Manager of Operations, and they are currently the Director of NPI and Operations, responsible for new product introduction and technology transfer. Karen excels in relationship management, project management, and maintaining positive team communication.

Karen Rank attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1984 to 1988 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology.
