Jan Černín

Jan Černín is an experienced professional in the power generation industry, currently serving as the Owner of Cernin Automation s.r.o. since January 2019, focusing on power plant control systems and industrial IT, particularly in biomass-fired boilers. Additionally, Jan Černín has been a Consulting System Engineer since February 2018 and a Lead System Engineer at Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor since April 2015, where responsibilities include the coordination, design, and commissioning of control systems for biomass power plants. Since 2012, Jan Černín has also worked as a System and Commissioning Engineer at ABB Power Generation, focusing on design, implementation of control algorithms, and on-site commissioning. Jan Černín holds an Ing degree in Cybernetics, Control, and Measurement from Vysoké učení technické v Brně and a Master's degree in Automation and Systems Technology from Aalto-yliopisto.
