Osman Cem Yilmaz

Osman Cem YILMAZ has a diverse work experience in the field of wind energy. Osman Cem started their career in 2013 as a Site Civil Engineer at Ema Epc Enerji Tesisleri Yapım Ticaret Sanayi A.Ş., where they were responsible for quality control and progress reporting for various wind power plant projects. Osman Cem also served as a Technical Office Engineer, participating in service road design and managing quality control and progress billing for a specific project. In 2015, they took on the role of Site Manager and managed the construction of turbine extensions for the Sares Wind Power Plant. From 2015 to 2017, Osman worked as a Site Manager for the Kırkağaç Wind Power Plant, overseeing civil works such as crane pads, foundations, access roads, and cable trenches.

In 2018, Osman completed their military service and joined Afyonkarahisar Asal Bölge Başkanlığı. After their military service, they joined Katwind Energy as a Site Manager in 2018. At Katwind Energy, they managed the installation works for several wind power plants and was responsible for tracking goods, handling technical notifications, and maintaining documentation of progress and quality records. Osman Cem'sroles included working with Nordex Energy for the Omerli, Mersinli, and Akca wind power plants, as well as collaborating with SGRE for the Hasanoba wind power plant.

Most recently, Osman joined RES in 2022 as a Technical Performance Engineer.

Osman Cem YILMAZ completed their undergraduate degree, a Lisans Derecesi (Bachelor's Degree), in İnşaat Mühendisliği (Civil Engineering) from Istanbul Technical University from 2008 to 2013. Later, they pursued their Yüksek Lisans (Master's Degree) in İnşaat Mühendisliği (Civil Engineering) from Ege University, which they completed between 2015 and 2019.
