Lars J. Hauerslev

Lars J. Hauerslev has a strong background in tax, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Lars J. most recently served as the Head of Tax at Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor, BWSC, starting in August 2020. Prior to that, Lars worked at EY Denmark as an Executive Director from June 2014 to August 2020. Lars J. also held the position of Senior Tax Manager at KPMG US from February 2012 to June 2014. Lars has industry-specific experience as well, having worked as the Tax Director at Novozymes from January 2009 to February 2012, and as a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager at Novo Nordisk A/S from January 1999 to December 2008. Earlier in their career, Lars worked as a Tax Officer at SKAT from August 1994 to October 1999. Throughout their career, Lars has been involved in tax strategy, risk management, M&A transactions, transfer pricing, and benefit programs, among other responsibilities.

Lars J. Hauerslev completed their education at several institutions throughout their career. Lars J. began their education in 1989 at Copenhagen Business School, where they pursued a Master's degree in Business Economics and Auditing, completing their studies in 1992. Lars then went on to further enhance their knowledge in the field of taxation at Copenhagen Business School, graduating in 1999 with a degree in Tax Advising. Later, in 2010, Lars attended Professionsshøjskolen - Metropol to obtain a Master's degree in Tax, specializing in Corporation Taxation, International Taxation, and Annual Report.
