Currently serving as the Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager and HR Business Partner at Burness Paull LLP since September 2018, Emma previously worked at Herbert Smith Freehills as a Senior HR Advisor from February 2008 to October 2012. Emma also held the position of HR Coordinator at The University of Auckland from July 2005 to October 2007 and took a career break from November 2012 to April 2018. Educated at the University of Westminster with a Master's in Personnel and Development and the University of Aberdeen with a Master of Arts in Politics and Sociology, Emma's academic foundation complements a diverse and impactful career in human resources.
