Vikki Lees

Vikki Lees started their work experience in 2005 as a Trainee HR Officer at the National Probation Service Lancashire. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as an HR Officer at Burnley College, before becoming an HR Advisor at Training 2000 Ltd from 2012 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at Burnley College.

Vikki Lees has a diverse education history. Vikki attended Mount Carmel RC High School in Accrington from 1995 to 2000. After completing their high school education, they pursued a degree at Accrington & Rossendale College, where they obtained an AVCE in Business and Retail from 2000 to 2002. Continuing their education, Vikki enrolled at the University of Central Lancashire from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in Human Resources Management during this period. Additionally, in the same years, they attended the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD), where they acquired a professional qualification without specifying the field of study. Finally, Vikki pursued further education and completed a Masters degree in Employment Law at the University of Central Lancashire from 2009 to 2011.
