Millisen Griffin has been working in the Human Resources field since 1997, when they began working as a Human Resources Business Professional for Positions. In 2015, they became a Signing Agent and Notary Public for the National Notary Association. In 2017, they became a Super Host for Airbnb. In 2018, they founded EM2HR, a Human Resources business that specializes in supporting businesses. In 2019, they joined the Advisory Board of Burnout Game Ventures, LLC as the Director of Compliance.

Millisen Griffin has a Master of Science in Human Resources Management (MS-HRM) from Mercy College, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Monroe College, and a Human Resource Management Certificate of Acknowledgement from Pace University.
