Evan S. Pentz

Evan S. Pentz is an Associate in Burns White’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Pentz defends healthcare providers, healthcare systems and other medical entities in complex medical malpractice litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pentz was a student attorney for a local health rights law clinic where he represented clients in Medicare and Medicaid matters relating to the appeal of benefits denial.

Mr. Pentz received his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School. He received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Lehigh University where he received the National Merit Scholarship.

Mr. Pentz is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
