Mark Vise

Mark Vise currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, and is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Mark is also the executive sponsor for the Company’s total quality transformation program Committed to Quality (C2Q).

Mark has extensive experience in process improvement and turnaround management with companies initiating major change programs as well as M&A, acquisition integration, and corporate strategy. Mark began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a board member of the Financial Executive International’s (FEI) Houston Chapter, on the Governing Body of the Houston CFO Executive Summit, and serves as Chairman on the College of Business Board of Advisors at Lamar University.
