Sandy Marmitt

Sandy Marmitt has extensive experience in executive recruitment. Sandy started their career at Equitec Group, LLC as an HR Director from December 1994 to October 2005. Sandy then moved to Smith Hanley Associates, where they worked as an Executive Recruiter and later became the Manager of the Direct Marketing Division from September 2005 to November 2009. Since November 2009, they have been with Burtch Works, initially as a Partner and Executive Recruiter, and currently as the Managing Director and Senior Executive Recruiter. Sandy is known for their expertise and focus in the industry, building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
