Sandi began their career in 2004 as a Senior Analyst, Customs Compliance at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. In 2010, Sandi Q. became the Owner of Saint Pinks Estates. Most recently, they have served as the Director of Operations and Compliance at Burts Bees Baby since 2013.
