Adhwaa Alsaleh is a consultant at The World Bank Group, bringing extensive experience in various roles related to policy, research, and community engagement. Prior to this position, Adhwaa served as a Teaching Assistant at Harvard University and as Vice President of the Harvard Saudi Students Association. Experience includes a consulting role at Busara and serving as a Policy Advisor for the Ministry of Culture's Cultural Policy Lab. Adhwaa's earlier career involved multiple positions at Kearney, culminating as an Associate, and an Analyst role at McKinsey & Company. Additional experience includes community engagement at Endeavor and participating in the Saudi Young Leaders Exchange Program through the U.S. Department of State. Adhwaa holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Alfaisal University.
