Molly Fenster has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Molly started their career as a Research Associate at Advisory Board in 1997. Molly then joined American Institutes for Research (AIR) in 1998, where they held multiple research roles including Research Assistant, Research Associate, and Research Analyst. Molly later worked as a Learning Specialist at Sidwell Friends School from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they joined the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET) as an English Second Language Teacher.
