Dries further enhanced their language skills by completing an intensive language course at Kyoto University in 2006. Dries pursued higher education at Doshisha University, completing a Master of Arts (MA) in Media Studies (journalism) from 2007 to 2009. Later, in 2019 to 2021, they attended Boston University to obtain a Certificate in Financial Planning.
