Rebecca Medcalf Cams

Rebecca Medcalf, CAMS, has a strong background in financial crimes risk management and compliance. Rebecca is currently serving as the Financial Crimes Risk and Governance Officer at Busey since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Fifth Third Bank from May 2019 to June 2022 as the AVP, Compliance Officer - Economic Sanctions. From July 2016 to May 2019, Rebecca held the role of AVP Government Reporting and Screening Supervisor - Financial Crimes Risk Management at MB Financial Bank. In their early career, they gained valuable experience at J.P. Morgan, where they held various roles including Compliance Officer - Global Sanctions, Operations Team Manager, Operations Team Leader, Quality Assurance, Cardmember Advocate, and Financial Service Advisor from 2004 to 2016. Through their diverse roles and experiences, Rebecca has developed a comprehensive understanding of financial crimes risk management and compliance.

Rebecca Medcalf, CAMS, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Northern Illinois University between 2007 and 2010.
