Roland Weiss

Roland Weiss has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry. Roland started their career at Skokie Federal Savings and Loan as a Loan Accountant from 1982 to 1984. Roland then joined Lyons Federal Savings and Loan as a Senior Internal Auditor from 1984 to 1987, and later became the VP Controller from 1987 to 1989. In 1989, Weiss moved to Glenview State Bank as the EVP Bank Operations, a position they held for over 32 years until 2021. Currently, they are working at Busey as the EVP Project and Indirect Service Support Manager.

Roland Weiss pursued their education from 1978 to 1982 at Northeastern Illinois University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. No specific field of study was provided.
