Lacey Parsons has had diverse work experience throughout the years. Lacey started their career as the Director of Client Relations at Waxing the City from January 2014 to March 2015. Lacey then worked as an Engagement Representative at Regency Beauty Institute from June 2015 to October 2016, where they built positive connections with prospective students and supported admissions goals. Lacey then joined Cargill as a Sales Support Representative from July 2017 to August 2020. Currently, they are working at Bushel, where they have assumed multiple roles in the Customer Success Manager field. Lacey started as a Customer Success Manager II in August 2020 and progressed to become a Customer Success Manager III from July 2022 to April 2023. Lacey is currently serving as a Customer Success Manager IV (Senior CSM) from April 2023 onwards.

Lacey Parsons completed their education at the University of Northern Iowa between 2006 and 2009. Lacey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities and Fine Arts, with a focus on Communications, specifically Public Relations and Marketing.
