Mindy Rothhouse, SHRM-CP

Mindy Rothhouse, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Mindy is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist at Bushel since January 2023. Prior to that, from January 2022 to January 2023, Mindy was an HR Business Partner at Forum Communications Co. Mindy also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company from June 2021 to January 2022. Before joining Forum Communications Co., Mindy held multiple roles at NORIDIAN HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS, LLC. Mindy worked as a Talent Partner from April 2019 to June 2021, a Human Resources Specialist from March 2017 to April 2019, and an HR Coordinator from August 2016 to March 2017. Earlier in their career, Mindy was a Talent Specialist at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota from November 2015 to August 2016.

Mindy Rothhouse, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Mary. Mindy attended the university from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Minnesota State Community and Technical College. Mindy acquired this degree between 2011 and 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Mindy also holds certifications in the field. Mindy earned the Virtual Interviewing for HR certification from LinkedIn in May 2021. Recently, in May 2022, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
