Deborah Gibbins

Deborah Gibbins is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Mary Kay Inc. since September 2013. Gibbins oversees key functions including finance, global supply chain, research and development, and information technology, with a strong focus on financial planning, cash management, and business process transformation. Additionally, Gibbins holds board positions as a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer at the Personal Care Products Council, and as an independent director and Audit Committee Chair at Bush Brothers & Company.
