He brings a unique and valuable perspective to the role, having managed business acquisitions from all angles in the past 25 years. As a former M&A attorney, Jeff has extensive experience counseling clients in the purchase and sale of businesses and an intimate knowledge of the legal and business issues surrounding these transactions. Jeff has also bought and sold several businesses on his own behalf in the construction, consumer shows, e-commerce, and professional services industries.
