Katie Pease is a seasoned business analyst and product owner with extensive experience in organizational change management and project modernization, particularly within the Department of Health Care Services for the State of California. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Business Advantage Consulting since January 2023, Katie has previously contributed to various roles involving business analysis at eProductivity Software and EY. With a robust background at EFI, Katie encompassed responsibilities that spanned research, development of business requirements, product roadmapping, and agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming. Katie's career began at Pace Systems Group, where initial roles focused on customer service, followed by a progressive path through product management and quality assurance. Katie holds an Associate of Science degree in Graphic Arts & Printing from Florida State College at Jacksonville and is pursuing further education at Jacksonville University.
