Rick Decker

Rick Decker is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in software project management and real estate investment. Currently serving as a Senior Software Project Manager and former Software Engineer at Business Computers Software, Inc. since 2006, Rick also holds the position of Partner at The Sandpoint Group, focusing on affordable and sustainable housing for the workforce community. In addition, Rick owns Dylan Ventures, where expertise in real estate encompasses purchasing, rehabbing, and managing rental properties across multiple states including Wisconsin, Colorado, and Idaho. Previously, as Co-Founder and Coach of Storm Peak Training from 2013 to 2018, Rick contributed to the development of coaching programs. Rick holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Sciences, both from Regis University.
