Aurore Olszanowski has extensive experience in business advisory and financial services, currently serving as a Business Advisor at BDC since April 2017, managing consulting projects and collaborating with consultants to ensure quality delivery. Previously, Aurore held the position of Senior Account Manager, overseeing the growth of SMEs through advisory services and financing in Montreal. Aurore's earlier experience includes serving as a Small Business Advisor at Scotiabank, focused on fostering profitable growth for small business customers, as well as roles at National Bank of Canada, where responsibilities involved analyzing business needs and providing tailored financial products.
