Hansika Iyer

Hansika Iyer currently serves as an Associate at BSR (Business for Social Responsibility) since April 2022. Prior to this, Hansika held the position of Associate Materials Manager at Reebok from July 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing sustainable material development and managing materials libraries. Hansika has also contributed as a Change Agent for the Youth Fashion Summit, presenting to influential leaders and collaborating on sustainability frameworks with the United Nations. With experience as a Senior Consultant at Cornell Sustainability Consultants and as President of the Cornell Fashion Industry Network, Hansika has demonstrated leadership in promoting sustainability and connecting students with industry professionals. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Fiber Science from Cornell University and ongoing studies in Business at IÉSEG School of Management.
