Mayo Suzuki currently serves as the Colombia Country Director at Accept International and as an ESG Specialist at sustainacraft, inc. Additionally, Mayo holds positions as Director at the international NGO C-Rights, Assistant Researcher at the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre, and Co-Founder of Social Connection for Human Rights, focusing on promoting responsible business practices and stakeholder engagement. Active in various roles, including Director at PATHWAYS JAPAN and Coach for Project MINT, Mayo has also contributed as an ESG Expert at Cierpa & Co, Inc. and as a consultant for the International Labour Organization. Previous involvement includes serving on the Steering Committee for the Japan NGO Center for International Cooperation. An alumnus of Tsuda University with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Mayo furthered education with studies in Spanish and obtained a Master's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
