Mike Dias is the Founder & CEO of ScaleUp Valley, a platform focused on sustainable growth and profitability. Mike currently serves as a ScaleUp Advisor to multiple companies, including Appficiency Inc., OCRAMclima®, Webtec, LMS365, among others. Mike also works as a Professor at Porto Business School and holds advisory positions in SWELL - Mental Fitness and Dynamic Shift Consulting Inc. Additionally, Mike is a ScaleUp Columnist for Business Leader Magazine and e27. Mike's educational background includes a degree in Business Administration from AESE Business School.
