Steven C. Miley, MBA, CPCM, is an experienced professional in acquisition and program management, currently serving as an instructor for certification courses at BMRA since December 2021. Miley's extensive career at NASA includes roles such as Lead for the Exploration Production & Operations Contract at the George C. Marshall Space Flight Center and previous positions as Associate Director, Director of Procurement, and Associate Director for Operations, Engineering. In addition to a distinguished tenure at NASA spanning from 1995 to 2011, Miley also served as the Director of Contracting for the United States Air Force and is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the USAF Reserves. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration from Wright State University and a Bachelor's degree from Campbellsville University.
