Matt Shinay

Matt Shinay's work experience includes serving as the Director of Registration and Data Analysis at the Business Network for Offshore Wind since 2022. In this role, they collaborate with industry and government to develop the offshore wind renewable energy industry and its supply chain. Matt also works to create well-paying jobs and promote a cost-effective clean energy portfolio.

Prior to their current position, Shinay served as the National Director of Institutional Research at Education Management Corporation from December 2006 to 2017.

Matt Shinay attended the University of Maine from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government.
