Phillip Pascoe-Thomas has extensive experience in learning and development roles. Phillip is currently working as a Learning and Capability Lead at Business NSW since October 2022. Prior to that, they were the Group Manager for Leadership Development at WorleyParsons from September 2010 to May 2014 and the National Learning & Development Manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff from November 2006 to September 2010.
Phillip's career began at Qantas as a Cabin Crew Learning & Development professional, where they worked from 1991 to 2006.
Phillip Pascoe-Thomas attended Western Sydney University from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a BEd in Adult Education. Prior to their university education, they also attended Parade College. In addition to their academic qualifications, Phillip has obtained certification in Everything DiSC® Classroom, although the specific date of certification is not provided.
