Phillip Pascoe-Thomas

Phillip Pascoe-Thomas has extensive experience in learning and development roles. Phillip is currently working as a Learning and Capability Lead at Business NSW since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Organisational Learning Specialist at Wollondilly Shire Council from August 2021 to September 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Phillip held multiple roles at SMEC, including Manager and ANZ Manager of Learning & Development. Before joining SMEC, they worked at the Reserve Bank of Australia as a Senior Consultant in Talent & Diversity from November 2017 to September 2019.

Earlier in their career, Phillip worked at Commonwealth Bank as a Leadership Development Manager from September 2015 to November 2017. Phillip also served at Suncorp Group as a Learning Advice & Services Facilitator from December 2014 to September 2015 and at Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety as a Learning & Development professional from June 2014 to December 2014.

Prior to that, they were the Group Manager for Leadership Development at WorleyParsons from September 2010 to May 2014 and the National Learning & Development Manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff from November 2006 to September 2010.

Phillip's career began at Qantas as a Cabin Crew Learning & Development professional, where they worked from 1991 to 2006.

Phillip Pascoe-Thomas attended Western Sydney University from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a BEd in Adult Education. Prior to their university education, they also attended Parade College. In addition to their academic qualifications, Phillip has obtained certification in Everything DiSC® Classroom, although the specific date of certification is not provided.
