Daniel Holbrook

Daniel Holbrook currently serves as the Broadband Manager at Business Oregon, leading strategic planning, policy development, and financial planning for the Oregon Broadband Office since November 2016. With extensive experience in community and economic development, Daniel previously managed significant public financing programs that impact Oregon's development landscape. Prior roles include Assistant City Manager in Port St. Lucie, where oversight responsibilities included planning, zoning, and community redevelopment, as well as various planning positions in Riviera Beach. Daniel’s career began in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in City and Regional Planning and a Bachelor’s in Geography from The University of Memphis, alongside an Associate's degree and certifications in health sciences.
