Franziska Winter

Franziska Winter is a Senior Consultant at the Business Partnering Institute, having progressed through roles from Associate Consultant to Consultant since March 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an Analyst Assistant intern in the Quality Management Department at Klinik Hochried and a Teaching Assistant for the "Model United Nations" seminar at Universität Bayreuth. A Media Relations Intern at Infineon Technologies further contributed to professional development. Academically, Franziska obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration and Philosophy from Copenhagen Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Bayreuth. Early education includes completing the Abitur at Benediktinergymnasium Ettal.
