Anna-Lena Johansson

Anna-Lena Johansson has extensive experience in leadership and competence management across various organizations. Currently serving as Fullmäktigeledamot at Länsförsäkringar Göteborg och Bohuslän and Head of Competence Management at Business Region Göteborg AB since May 2007, Anna-Lena is responsible for facilitating skill supply in industries, particularly in relation to a new battery factory and automotive sector transformation in Gothenburg. Previously held roles include Chief of Business Development with significant budget responsibilities and various board memberships aimed at supporting cooperative entrepreneurship and regional growth. Anna-Lena's educational background includes multiple Executive MBA programs and a degree in economics and statistics from the University of Gothenburg.
