Todd Pouwels, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Global HR / People Consultant for Business Talent Group since April 2024. Previously, Todd held significant roles including Global VP People & Culture / interim CHRO / CPO at Secureworks, where strategic workforce planning was implemented over a 15-month period, and Global VP / Head of People & Culture - Americas at Sinch, where the HR strategy was overhauled to support growth objectives. As the founder of CALIBER Human Capital Solutions, Todd partnered with various organizations to enhance their HR impact. With early career experience at Optum and ICF, Todd has developed expertise across multiple HR domains, driving efficiency and engagement for large teams. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from St. Norbert College, along with training from Cornell University and AIHR.
