Alex Heacock

Alex Heacock has work experience as a Cloud Security Engineer and IT Security Engineer at Businessolver, starting in June 2021 and April 2022 respectively. Prior to that, they worked as a Network Systems Analyst at Greater Regional Health from November 2015 to May 2021.

Alex Heacock obtained an Associates Degree in Information Technology Systems Networking from Southwestern Community College from 2011 to 2015, specializing in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In addition, Alex has obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Security - Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2022, Akamai Kona Site Defender - Configuration and Maintenance from Akamai Technologies in June 2022, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2022, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2021.
