Angie started their career at Hewitt Associates in 2000 as a Lead Systems Analyst, where they developed and updated internal process documents and communicated business requirements for benefits administration. In 2006, they joined Willis Towers Watson as a Business Analyst, supporting clients in resolving data-related issues and conducting impact analysis. Angie then progressed to an Implementation Analyst role, overseeing benefits management systems implementation and guiding clients on best practices.
