Angie Thompson

Angie Thompson has a solid work history with experience in various roles within the HR and benefits management industry. Angie started their career at Hewitt Associates in 2000 as a Lead Systems Analyst, where they developed and updated internal process documents and communicated business requirements for benefits administration. In 2006, they joined Willis Towers Watson as a Business Analyst, supporting clients in resolving data-related issues and conducting impact analysis. Angie then progressed to an Implementation Analyst role, overseeing benefits management systems implementation and guiding clients on best practices. In 2019, Angie joined Businessolver as a Senior Director Onboarding, providing implementation leadership and ensuring growth, development, and performance across various roles. Recently, they were promoted to Vice President of Client Onboarding, where they continue to drive auditing and consistent usage of tools across all projects.

Angie Thompson attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1996 to 2000, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
