Eric Ghazal

Eric Ghazal has a diverse work experience. Eric started their career as a Bartender at Grimaldi's Pizzeria in 2011. Eric then worked as a Server, Bartender, and Manager at Josephine's from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they transitioned into the corporate world and became an Enterprise System Analyst at DISH Network, where they were responsible for system analysis within various applications. Eric also managed an intern and played a key role in creating a wiki for the middleware team. Eric then moved into a role as a Systems Analyst II, where they managed outsourced IT vendors and troubleshooted various technical issues. In 2019, they became a Technical Product Owner I and later a Technical Product Owner II, where they led product ownership responsibilities. Currently, they are working as a Product Owner and Product Owner Lead at Businessolver since November 2020, responsible for leading product ownership initiatives.

Eric Ghazal completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Applied Computer Science from Northern Arizona University in the years 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development, Business, and Statistics from the University of Arizona between 2005 and 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Eric obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Agile For All, LLC in January 2019.
