Tammy O'Neill's work experience begins in 1993 as an Office Administrator at St. Paul & Biddle Medical Associates. Tammy was responsible for organizing and completing daily activities and maintaining documentation for patients involved in legal cases.

In 1994, O'Neill joined United Concordia as a Network Support Specialist. Tammy developed and serviced dental provider networks on a national level, recruited providers, negotiated contracts, and coordinated provider directories.

From 1997 to 1999, O'Neill worked at Coventry Health Care as a Provider Relations Representative. Tammy maintained and serviced HMO and PPO provider networks, recruited and contracted with providers, and created reference materials for the network.

O'Neill then joined MedStar Physician Partners in 1999 as a Provider Relations Specialist/Project Coordinator. Tammy managed provider networks, evaluated and negotiated financial settlements, and resolved outstanding accounts receivables.

Starting in 2002, O'Neill worked at Benelogic, LLC in various roles. As Director of Vendor Operations, they established partnerships with healthcare and benefits vendors, led the vendor integration process, and ensured the accuracy of implementations. Tammy also held the role of Vendor Relations, maintaining relationships with insurance carriers and acting as a liaison between clients and operations.

In 2007, O'Neill became a Senior Vendor Operations Analyst - Broker Team at Benelogic. Tammy worked with benefits brokers and consultants, gathered system requirements, conducted trend analysis, and resolved issues related to enrollment data.

From 2008 to 2013, O'Neill held multiple roles at Benelogic. As Senior Systems Integration Analyst, they acted as a point of escalation for system integration team, defined best practices, and resolved client issues. Tammy later became Interim Director of Systems Integration and then Director of COBRA Administration, Data Exchange Audit & Control, overseeing data exchanges between the organization and clients/vendors.

At ConnectYourCare, O'Neill served as a Product Manager from 2015 to 2019. Tammy managed product portfolios, conducted market research, and collaborated with cross-functional teams.

O'Neill then worked at AssuredPartners from 2021 to 2022 as Director of TPA Financial Services. Tammy managed TPA financial services, ensuring compliance, and overseeing projects.

Currently, O'Neill is a Product Owner at Businessolver, starting in 2022.

Tammy O'Neill completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from UMBC in the years 1992 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Mount St. Mary's University from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued Secondary Education as their field of study. Tammy O'Neill also obtained a certification in Agile Software Development from LinkedIn in August 2022.
