Rebecca Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1989, they worked in various customer service and support positions at Michigan National Bank. In 2002, they joined WageWorks, where they held multiple financial operations roles, including as a Financial Operations Assistant Manager. During their time at WageWorks, they implemented collection processes to recover past dues, re-engineered funding validation and reconciliation processes, and served as a system administrator. Rebecca also served as the Director of Product Management and oversaw the launch of a large complex HSA feature. In 2020, Rebecca joined Businessolver as a Product Manager, responsible for managing Consumer Directed Healthcare Plans and providing support to various teams. Recently, they were promoted to Director of Product Management, where they continue to contribute to the development and enhancement of consumer-directed benefit platforms.
Rebecca Williams, HSAe holds an Associates in Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Schoolcraft Community College. In addition, they have obtained a Health Savings Account (HSA) Expert Certificate from HSA Consulting Services, LLC in February 2019.
